Any will do Von - I use Waitrose Essentials and Millhouse mixed together, they are both fair sized flakes as cheap one are very powdery |

I have 5/6 raspberries, 1 dried fig, 2 dried apricots, a few sultanas, 3 strawberries (in season) and six almonds - all chopped with about 1 oz or 28 grams of oats |
