Try posting on the Findmypast Facebook page. That seems to be monitored more frequently than the Genes Reunited one. They’re sister companies, the same support staff ie first point of contact, administer both.

I emailed them 2 weeks ago to ask why I hadn't had a renew reminder as per. Nothing!

Have you allowed 3-5 working days, excluding bank holidays & weekends?

Has anybody heard from GR lately?
I've been trying to get my Gedcom tree sent to me but no response. Also no answer to my emails.
