The Tories deliberately provoked the coal strikes as part of their policy of deindustrialising the UK. UK coal was replaced with imports from Poland, South Africa. Why not ask where the Tories and Brexit get their funding from? Even better where they hide it... Trusts, BVI, Bermuda, Caymans etc. |

During 1984 I regularly drove between Ashington a mining town and Sunderland, another mining town.The massive number of Police present at both end was extremely intimidating, by design. |
