I have for sometime been thinking about a project with which I have just started...and become stuck with...

without giving too much away I am trying to find the speech given to the nation (UK)which declared the start of world war one.

It would have been by newspapers to the country it's prior to wireless that's post WW1.

The foreign secretary (Grey's) statement or something said by Asquith who was PM,
