I've always made pancakes from scratch ............. but this year I've had to buy some gluten-free biscuit mix which says it can be used for pancakes. |

Well, the pancakes were more than edible, but they were heavier and more like American pancakes in texture. I think I need to do a bit more testing and refinement....... maybe add more liquid??? |
