Yes but if you disable the popup blocker you will get endless grief. Rtfm and just allow chosen sites.

Click Tools menu. Press Alt-T if you don't see a menu.
Click Internet Options.
Click Privacy tab.
Under Pop-up Blocker, UnCheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
Click OK.

right, in the last couple of days, twice trying to open offers sent in emails, todays was heritages marriage lookup.
i got a message saying unable to open.... disable your popup blocker...didnt know I had one activated... were might it be? any ideas?
running windows 10.. and aol email....

edit oh! , and using chrome...
