My OH can be an irritating tit on a good day but, if you do meet him and he gets up your nose, please don't punch his teeth out.

I paid nine hundred pounds for those teeth this morning. Please damage another part.

About 10 years ago my OH came home, said he'd been to see the specialist and agreed to a programme of dental implants..

He had not discussed it with me, though we had decided the year before not to go ahead with a similar programme. He's always had bad teeth, and certainly was about to face the possibility of having to have teeth removed and replaced with plates or dentures.

I will credit him with the fact that the original amount was lower than the final cost, but ...................

we had to find around £40,000 over the next 2 years.

It took me another 2 years to pay off the line of credit, which fortunately had a much lower interest rate than the credit card.
