How can i get Genes Reunited to contact me?

I had a problem with my computer and i need to change my passwords. However i cant do it on here as its not accepting my old pass word for me to change it to a new one. So i requested a forgotten password email but i had nothing from Genes Reunited so i contacted them under the HELP tab and emailed them last week and ive not had anything from them. So yesterday i emailed them again and ive kindly asked them to contact me. They receive my payments and let me know by email. I dont know what to do next. Has anyone else had this issue?

Our telephone support hours are between 9am and 5.30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday and we do our very best to answer all calls

i phoned them and they changed my pass word
it took about 5 minutes

Hi Shirley, I used another laptop that already had me logged into genesreunited, so i can get in and get to my tree. However if i log out of this on this laptop i wont get back in.

Hi Safc, Thank you for the information. I will give them a call tomorrow and see if they can help me.

Ive been a member of Genes for many years and i have spent many hours entering details and researching. I dont want to loose it now!

Look at the very bottom of the page,,,,,,,,use the SITEMAP tab on the left ......t a facility is there for forgotten passwords and allows you to change them.
