Well I am going to be maybe the only one who thought it was a load of rubbish.
If the people asking questions had had membership of GC/GR they could have asked the same questions on here.


Never heard of the so called genealogists.

Well i thought if you have subs to ancestry then if the record is there you can find it

Not everyone has letters that have been kept by a family member too


I would gues the people asking for help had no idea how to research or had subs to sites

They rapidly track down descendants of those who have died without leaving a will.

I've had loads of help from researches on here over
the years and been researching myself for info on
my grt grandfather for over 40 years.
Am also on Ancestry and again no luck.

The information I have on him is minuscule.
The good thing have found relatives with the same surname
but they also have drawn a blank on him.
