	Tried it with a bloke who didn't pick up his dog's mess. Got a mouthful of abuse for my troubles.

Gathering up my courage, I said, wth a smile, "Excuse me, do you know you can be fined about £80 for littering?" Her reply was "sorry, just not thinking". She picked up her rubbish and took it back to her car. One small step.
