Following another lady into the supermarket I noticed her throwing down a cigarette end. Gathering up my courage, I said, wth a smile, "Excuse me, do you know you can be fined about £80 for littering?" Her reply was "sorry, just not thinking". She picked up her rubbish and took it back to her car. |
