If you mean your family tree it seems to be the same for a few of us. There is another thread about the same problem on Genealogy Chat.

We can't help you, we're just members like yourself, and we all post or lok on all boards, so it helps if you do not post on more than one Board, a member will see it and try to help (if we can).

GR staff do not support these message boards, and do not appear to even look at them.

I have had this problem for over 3 hours. Annoying as was using free access to FindmyPast and needed my tree!

Somebody is in the office as I have just received a reply to my e mail re the error message (which is of course the fault of my computer not having the cache cleared - rubbish!!)
