Oh poor lady I am so very sorry to hear that. Cancer is such a vile disease which unfortunately affects just about every family in the land, but when it's someone so young with a young family or a child, it is doubly awful. RIP.

So sad, I was reading lunch time how she was spending her last days wrapping birthday presents for her little boy up until he is 21 (he is 3 now). such a cruel disease so young to die leaving a devastated family. RIP Rachael. <3

Verty sad, she had breast cancer and knew it was terminal

She just wanted to make memories for their son so he grew up knowing who she was

Such a young lady but sadly cancer strikes at all ages

Poor woman, she was very brave. I feel very sad for her little boy and her husband, wider family and friends.

Rest in peace, Rachael

That's absolutely appalling Bob! How on earth do these people live with themselves?! Perhaps some have mental problems, and perhaps some are just plain wicked.
