Just been rereading the last line of my last post (no pun intended) as best I can with two swollen eyes :-0

OH has now started with the same symptoms that I started with :-(

Talk about ungrateful; she's always complaining that I never give her anything and then, when I do, I'm taken to task for it :-| :-D :-D

I've virtually confined myself to the house even though I don't think that I have the flu :-(

Still feeling miserable, but, I suspect, not as miserable as I will be made to feel if OH contracts whatever it is that I have :-D :-D

It's already blighted my social life. I was going to give two friends a lift, into Lodge. I ended up cancelling the Lodge visit much to the pleasure and gratitude of my friends.

One already suffers from a chronic lung condition and the other chap undergoes dialysis three times a week.

I may be fit enough mentally to still see things in a humorous way but I am not fit enough to attend two funerals, particularly if I was the cause :-D

I certainly have no wish to equalize and have to play extra time. I would have neither the energy nor the breath for such a venture :-D

Wallowing here in self pity; I appear to have picked up a chest infection.

We are in the middle of the 'flu season in OZ, but it's not the 'flu as the symptoms are different.

OH asked if my cough was getting any better to which I replied that I hope so for the amount of practice that I've had :-D :-D
