Do you mean blanks that you can fill in yourself? Try this line for England/Wales 1841-1901

If you want completed originals, with the exception of the 1881, you'll probably need to go onto a subscription site to download the images. You could try https://www.familysearch.org/

Family Search also has various family tree diagrams & individual profile covers if you want to organise your research.

There are a number of other places you can download them from. Search the internet with the key words Family Tree templates (or diagrams)

Can anyone tell me where I can get printable census forms from, please? Trying to write out a family tree and can't find any printable forms anywhere. Thanks
