I recently went on a "Speed Awareness Course" which avoids three points being added to an otherwise clean licence. Serious speeders and repeat offenders are not allowed on the speed awareness course. |

I think you'll find you'll need planning permission to pave your front garden - and will have to get contractors in to lower the kerb. |

It is only specialist recyclers that will and are licenced to handle them. Fair game to be stitched up by them |

No permission is needed to pave part of the garden. Best to get the drop kerb first though permission is needed for that. The charging point has to be installed by an authorised contractor. All of this is expensive but may not be needed as Islington is installing street fast charging points all over the Borough. The resident parking permit for electric cars is free :-) |
