	OH bought hot cross buns yesterd. Our tradition is to have them toasted for breakfast on Easter Sunday. I like them with marmalade, and will indulge No problem??? well, yes ............... I'm not supposed to be eating gluten, and he couldn't find gluten-free ones. :-( :-D

	Plenty on the shelves here Sylvia as I got some for OH. I never buy the ordinary ones for me because I prefer fruit bread - thickly buttered, of course. :-D

	Joy .............. it's still quite hard to find gluten-free in the general stores here, and we don't have a bakery near us.
