SAMOA 17 ~WALES 19

Wales have beaten Samoa in Apoa this morning (UK time).
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/40374697

In my opinion it was a rather lack-lustre performance by Wales, with the team being "emaciated" :-D by Warren Gatland "Stealing" four of what was already a B Team that played the last Test Game against Tonga.

So it was a very inexperienced C Team today lol :-D

It has since emerged that 10 of the Wales Team had succumbed to a sickness bug before the game, so it could have been even more of a disaster.

Wales started poorly, with the damp and very slippery ground causing problems for them very early on.
Within minutes Samoa had scored a Try, which was converted, putting 7 Points on the Board for Samoa.

They rallied a bit, with the only player of note at this time being CORY ALLEN on the Right Wing.

Scarlets STEFFAN EVANS scored his first Try as an International Senior Player, just before half time, having had his first cap last week. He went on to score a second try in the second half.

It was a close fought game, with Wales behind on the points for much of the time, but they did have a better second half, no doubt having had a pep talk at half time! :-D

BUT WALES DID WIN BOTH THEIR TOUR GAMES despite losing no less than 12 players to The Lions.

It did also give a lot of Our young up and coming players some good experience and the pride of putting on the Wales Jersey :-)

CONGRATULATIONS WALES <3
