Good Evening All,

Hope you are doing okay. :-)

Later tonight, there is the first meteor shower of the year in the Northern Hemisphere.

The Quadrantid meteor shower, always the first of the year, is expected
to peak on the night of Saturday, 03 January, after 9-00 p.m. EST (0200 GMT).

The best viewing hours in the Northern Hemisphere will be between
midnight and dawn local time on Sunday 04 January.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The celestial event is named after the extinct constellation Quadrans Muralis.

Stargazers are encouraged to find a viewing area away from city lights and streetlights and to look east.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There is a full moon on Monday 05 January.

Take gentle care all <3
Very best wishes
Elizabeth, EOS
