I'm starting to doubt it!

The emails I have sent to GR over the last month or so have been responded to, mostly with replies that don't have much to do with my questions.

I have been having many problems with the new tree, followed their instructions, but it didn't work. I can't search my tree, so I can't add names.

My last email to them was fully detailed, with names, years of birth etc, and at least four screenshots.

I got a response.

They sent me screenshots of what THEY got when looking at my tree.

Whoopeeee! The tree works for GR staff!!

It doesn't work for me! Why did they bother sending me the screenshots? No use to me whatsoever.
