Is there a way you can copy and paste a section of someone's tree into yours?

I have just been in touch with someone who has an entire branch of my husbands side of the tree almost complete. To save me what would be hours of adding people - is there a way I can copy the entire brach of the tree to mine. I can then start adding what is missing.
