Was wondering if anyone knows anything about the Ministry of Labour, Kew, UK. My grandmother worked there for a long time until 1933 and I am interested to find out where it was, what people did there, whether there are any records of staff, what connections there were to government, whether staff were posted to different places etc etc.
She seemed to have been sent to Egypt during the first world war but not sure if this was due to work or not.
Many thanks
Sarah
