Problems with Tree

Since upgrading to Platinum membership I am having problems.
Links to Census attachments have disappeared from Lifeline section of all entries in the tree. Attempts to enter these links again is not possible as the attachments is shown as still being there, but not visible in the "Lifeline" section.

Also for some entries information entered "Notes" is duplicated may times. I have just deleted 6 copies of the same information. Next time I access this information it will be 7 extra copies. This does not apply to all names in the tree.

Are any other users experiencing this problem.
