	Have they got it right ....... or is it softly, softly before the general election in six weeks? £74 billion pound hole to fill !!! I appreciate banks need to be made to start lending again to assist struggling businesses but isn't that how we got in to this mess in the first place? Too much debt. My house was cheaper to avoid the stamp duty threshhold - won't it just increase the price of the average family home by raising the threshhold?
