Henri (Miss Brown) is still seeing Casey. Almost caught a couple of times. Heath has actually accused her in front of Gina - but she lied her way out of it that time. She won't get away with it next time, and her career will be gone..

I think I'm going to like Harvey's daughter and she might make a nice match for our Dex. His ex is a control freak, not a nice woman at all.

Can't see a happy ending for Liam and Bianca at this stage, not with all the interference from Heath. :-| :-| :-|

Berona

Berona Report 22 Apr 2012 01:08

If Liam and Bianca go away, they could start all over again - but I don't want Liam to leave......he's lovely (although I would prefer him to be clean-shaven).

MEgirl

MEgirl Report 22 Apr 2012 08:29

I don't think they will leave, Heath could be starting legal action. Yes he has a nice face Berona, I would like to see him fresh and clean-shaven too.

Hi all.

Hairdressers and a shave would work wonders.
Must be the sun over there that makes like all act like 'rabbits' lol
either that or something they put in the water lol.
Talking of rabbits, that's why I started this.

Berona Report 24 Apr 2012 00:54

That's right Marion. It was Miles' daughter who called herself Rabbit. ...What were the writers thinking of? She was a figment of Miles' imagination. Marilyn saw her baby boy at about the age of 10 too. Maybe one of the writers had some kind of a 'vision' - or was it something to sniff or smoke?

Sometimes I shake my head and wonder. We now have Bianca, standing in full view of everybody on the beach, talking to Heath - when she gets a twinge and realises the baby is kicking - so Heath puts his hand on her tummy. Really! what is she doing that for, when she is supposed to not want anything to do with him? Needless to say, Liam sees it too.

It's just a writer's ploy to keep the tension going for as long as possible.

However, just like elastic, it can only be stretched so far before it loses all its elasticity, and before you know it your trousers fall down :-D

Hello Allan - hope you are well. My best to your OH too.

You reminded me of a relative of mine who liked to walk the 1.5 miles to work for exercise and only used the bus service in bad weather.....One morning, the elastic snapped and she looked down to see her undies around her ankles.
As she bent over to pull them up, the bus sailed past (yes, the one she used in bad weather) and the conductor hung off the back of it - waved and gave her the wolf whistle!

Lol Berona.

What a lovely story :-)

I was going to use the word knickers in my post, but thought better of it. The GR police are everywhere these days.

I hope that you are keeping well and not suffering from too much rain.

Opposite problem over here :-(

Days are nice, but some substantial rain would be even nicer

Kind Regards

Busted! Henri got the new job, then Gina found out what was going on - so now, Henri has been stood down, pending investigation - and all thanks to VJ and Brax. Our Brax really has done a 360, hasn't he?

Is this thing /Show? still around, ? Thought it had died the death years ago. :-S :-S :-(

Berona

Berona Report 26 Apr 2012 00:32

Yes, Merlin. The version Marion sees is only a couple of weeks behind the latest here in Oz. I think she has been watching it for a longer period than I have, although a new TV chanel here has started from the beginning. I don't watch the old version (heaven forbid - that acting!!), but I record it and run it quickly through to see if I can see any actors who are still with it, to see how they have changed in 22 years.

I also am very cynical of the speech the writers make them use. It is not the formal English which I learned at school. Obviously, the producers don't know any better, to allow it.

Allan

Allan Report 26 Apr 2012 00:40

Merlin, it is known as a 'vampire' show.

It crawls out of its coffin during the early evening, feeds off its victim, or in this case, collective victims ie viewers, and then crawls back!

The victims then become passive slaves to the creature and meekly await its return each evening.

(except on a Friday night in West Oz because Aussiie Rules football is on!)

Allan

(a part-time victim)

Berona

Berona Report 26 Apr 2012 00:59

Don't believe him, Merlin. Allan is not a part-time victim - he is a full-time addict. He not only watches it, but he sends his ideas to the writers - hence their excuse for not doing any research (which is obvious).

Allan

Allan Report 26 Apr 2012 01:04

lol Berona

I trawl the GR boards looking for ideas which I secretly send to the scriptwriters for padding out.

The amount of material is endless (as well as in some cases being pointless) :-D :-D

Can feel the trance coming on :-S Will soon be slinking passively towards the screen where I will sit like a zombie for 30 minutes and be drawn into the propaganda of the screenwriters transfixed in this wonderland of woven mastery.

:-S :-S :-S :-S Never to return :-S :-S :-S Fare thee well >..<

Allan

Allan Report 26 Apr 2012 09:55

My Goodness MEgirl,

With expressions such as 'transfixed in this wonderland of woven mastery'
I can't help but feel that the vampire has struck.

I would hardly describe the programme in the terms you have employed.

Mine would have been 'a load of old tat' :-P
