Persephone Report 14 Jun 2011 23:26

Hello Marion, Barbra, Berona and all,

I know I come on here occasionally and take the proverbial.... which is easy to do since I don't watch home and away.... but to RR it is beyond belief .... It can't possibly be because the characters need a good hairdresser... as Ginny said on the vindictive thread about RR this is stoopid...

Well at least it got you talked about on other threads

Persie ;-)

Berona

Berona Report 15 Jun 2011 00:08

Thanks to Persie for directing me to it. Seems strange to object to Marion's first post (as I recall, didn't you ask if Rabbit was a figment of Myiles's imagination?) and I wonder has the objector read more than the first post. If they had, they would have found that you were right - she WAS a figment of his imagination - so what's to complain about?

I am inclined to agree with SRS - someone has been testing 'buttons'.

Right now, I sympathise with Marilyn. I don't blame Nicole for wanting her baby, but it becomes a tug-of-love and heartbreaking for those who lose.

MEgirl Report 15 Jun 2011 04:27

Just lost my post. What has happened overnight? Can anyone explain? Too many bare chests, lol. Poor Marilyn, she and Sid won't stay now that the baby has gone. Roo is in the middle as usual!!! Come back Angelo, I forgive you <3

Weather terrible here again today, bracing for another wild night.

I've just gone back to the first thread and had a look. Must be a mistake - someone testing buttons or pushing them!!!! ;-)

Allan Report 15 Jun 2011 08:25

What is happening??

Not on the programme, but on the thread!

Whilst I have not been on here recently, I once was a fairly regular poster.

I have also been on various threads with most other posters on this one. Not once have I seen anything, on any thread, that would warrant a RR.

MEgirl, I'm in WA. We've not 'spoken' before, but let me say hello.

There are other threads also complaining about anonymous people doing a RR when nothing offensive or insensative has been posted!

Who is setting themselves up as the 'moral' watchdog of the threads?

Hi Marion

I don't think that rabbits are to blame, they are all at home sorting their feet out as they all have mixy my toeses :-D

Hi Allan,

Nice to meet you. I'm over on the other coast - NSW Central Coast. Someone is playing "games" I think. People are having enough trouble getting into the site without this sort of annoyance as well. Nothing offensive here at all!!!

I came to a halt with my tree, so I found a few of the chats I have joined. There are some lovely people on here.

How's your weather - we are having a shocker over here.

Hope GR sort this "problem" very soon.

Cheers, Kim 5.39 pm EST

Allan Report 15 Jun 2011 08:47

Hi Kim

Some very welcome rain over here (although I appreciate that over in the East you don't want any more)

Very intermittent wet weather, still not enough to have any effect on our major dams, but still, some is better than none.

I also have ground to a halt with both my grandfathers, one who may never have existed, and the other who only exists after 1904, when he was 44 and married my grandmother, who was 22!

Regards

Allan

Don't "dash" off and leave us with this mess, lol. Come back Marion!!!

Haha good one Allan!!!

I think the writers were having a moment when they came up with that storeyline. It was terrible. She was so hannoying!!!

I'm having troubles back in the 1700s with my fellow. His parents might not have married and there's no death certificate for him here, even though I have seen his grave with date of death. I do like to help others where I can with my limited resources. My g.grandfather was 47 when he married his wife of 20. Then he died 12 months later and left her with a young baby. They did it so tough back then.

Off to have some dinner, tuna casserole tonight and not a rabbit in sight!!

Cheers, Kim 6.53 pm EST

Had a reply from GR after being asked whether I thought the thread should be withdrawn. They have now decided it can stay. I told them it was a bit of harmless fun.

Hi all.

I did try and post on here but it came up maintenence etc.

i noticed it was back on. Did you ask them why Jean? Or do you mean another thread?

Home and away has returned :) and about time, too :-)

Berona

Berona Report 16 Jun 2011 02:22

Glad to see it's back again. I suppose it could have been caused by a glitch during maintenance. GR never closes down to get a good go at maintenance, so there will be problems along the way. However, it is as well to let them know when something has been affected - otherwise they might not know about it and will not know it needs to be fixed.

Hi all.

There does see to be a lot going wrong on Gr lately.

Rabbit stew??? Lots of posts being rrd all over the place. They need to at least give the person an explanation. I think some new members are being targeted, but if they have done something wrong then they need to know about it and avoid that mistake in the future.

Trouble brewing with the Brax brothers. They are going to bring themselves down. Charlie still on with No. 1 Brax. Lots of action due tonight and maybe a few arrests on the high seas; yeah Romeo will be involved with Alf's boat. Elijah has found himself a new love - time will tell and probably Colleen too, lol

Hope everyone is well.

Cheers for now, Kim 5.43 EST
