A while back I thought this thread must've died.

But no Summer Bay residents all went ski-ing for their "summer holiday break"... Did any of them buy a brush and comb and shampoo whilst they were away?

Now they are back, I think NZ probably carried on in catch-up mode.

No Perse - it didn't die - just went into holiday mode. We now have the new season started here and they have already apprehended the girl who was supposed to be John's daughter and brought her in. Will is still on the run and we still don't know "who done it", except that Alf didn't - but the nasty detective man still insists he did.

John's daughter only stayed long enough to get some money out of him and then left. His 'real' daughter made a brief appearance this week. The other girl used her identity but knows something about Penn's murder - enough to finally convince the detective that Alf might NOT be guilty after all. Everybody knew that - DUH!!

No, I don't think they know where to buy combs in Summer Bay. If they do, they haven't told Ruby about it yet.

Will is on the run because he lied in his statement to the police. He told Irene before he left that Alf didn't do it, but he won't say who did.

I read someplace about Will and Johns 'daughter'.They went away together. wonder if it was her. I think Will was forced into saying what he said as he was wanting 'whatshisname' off his back for reminding him about not seeing Lilly etc.

Might not see it today/tonight as I'm of to see 'We will Rock you' in Glasgow.

No doubt about our detective - he's fantastic! (lol). He noticed that the girl mentioned the murder weapon - and it hadn't been mentioned by anyone before that - so she must know something about it! What a clever piece of detective work!!! LOL

Were did Liam & Bianca get the furniture to live in the forest weres` the plugs for the freezer & lights . seems a bit of a mystery [ extention lead ] to caravan park .maybe lol

It's not hard to get the kind of furniture Liam and Bianca are using. As for the power - no, I don't think their extension cord would be that long. They probably have a generator - although it wouldn't surprise me to learn that the script writers haven't thought of that one - as with a lot of other things they write about.

Alf seems to have been written out of the show - at least for a while,anyway - and big sister is taking over his responsibilities in the park and his bait shop.
She is also taking over the legal side of Nicole's decision about her baby. In the meantime, a few 'nasties' seem ready to invade the Bay, so Charlie and her crew will be busy.
