Lots of publicity about the trip to London. I wonder if it will be worth it all? They were only there filming for little more than a week, so I don't expect to see much.

I'm sure Allan will have some good scripts for us. Couldn't be much worse than we have been getting lately.

Oh tell me about it Berona. :-( I get so bored sometimes, especially with the school kids. John and Marilyn can be entertaining. Harvey is now in some show on Channel 2 and we know where Sid went - Big Fat Tony. I sometimes miss Dex, but definitely not April.

Yes Allan needs to turn this soapie around for sure.

I hope you've been well. This year is flying and nearly Easter, so hard to believe we have just got through Christmas. :-0

Nothing much to watch on Home and Away. The Braxton family livened it up a bit but I think everyone is getting tired of them now - and the other storylines are pathetic. Hope their trip to London is more interesting. I believe they go tomorrow.

Well, that trip wasn't worth waiting for. We didn't see enough of London and it seemed a long way to go for Ricky to change her mind about the job. It looked more like a bonus trip for the actors and crew because the 'Braxton' may have brought the ratings up, but didn't seem worth what it must have cost for all of their fares and accommodaton, etc.

Kim - how are you? I keep wondering how things are going for you and hope for improvement all the time. I know Barbra left us when she didn't renew her subscription, but I also wonder about Marion. Hope things are OK there too.

Just popped in after a long absence. We are also going away very soon, but not to London. We are off to new Zealand for a 21 day coach and rail tour. We leave on Thursday and arrive in Auckland on Good Friday

I hope that is more enjoyable, and lasts longer, than H & A trip appeared to be. Not that I watch it of course.

I'll work on a new script where the entire cast join GR to work out who their biological parents are :-D.

It seems everybody is related to somebody, but nobody wants to know.

I think that that is how the legal expression 'body of proof' originated.

I suspect some may have six fingers and would play a mean banjo! ;-)

I'm not sure that I am looking forward to our holiday. OH will be suffering withdrawal symptoms without her weekly fix of H & A

Hello Allan. Good to see you here again. It seems like it's only you and me at the tmoment. Kim is not well, but looks in when she is feeling up to it. Haven't heard from Marion for a while.

I have been following H & A on the Facebook fans thread. I keep going to leave it and never go back, but something draws me to see what mess someone is making of it each day. Nobody expects everyone to be perfect at typing or spelling - but really!!! What some them do to the English language is appalling! My particular beef is with those who say 'dat' for 'that' and 'youse' for 'you'. I find those most irritating. Now, I find that my sister in law in England has been able to see my comments on her Facebook page. I have them all tightened up so that my public comments can't be seen - but she can see them! Therefore, I go through and clean them up (delete them) every few days. Nothing is safe on Facebook!

Looking forward to your suggestion for a good script. In the meantime, have a good holiday in NZ. Can you not get someone to record the episodes that you will miss? If I can help to bring you up to date on your return, please ask. My best to your wife and the cats. My little four-footed friend is fine at 13 (when she's awake!).

Yes, Heath is a Dad again. I don't remember him asking for a DNA test - and it's causing problems with Bianca because she just isn't ready to have babies around her again yet. Are you having a 'break' where you are? I believe that Cnannel 5 is having a 3-week break from now. This will put you 8 weeks behind Australia and you will see the quick trip the actors made to London on the day you start watching again (26th May). I was disappointed in it. I loved London and wanted to see how it looks these days (it's a long time since I was there) but the few scenes we saw were quick and most of them could have been filmed here at home.

Allan is having a trip to New Zealand and intended to meet up with 'Persephone' whilst there. That should be nice for him. I know how thrilled I was to meet pen-pals when I first went to UK. Oh well, I'll have to be satisfied with cyberspace. I won't be going anywhere any more.

We have had a beautiful Autumn, but this week, the temps are dropping fast to remind us that winter is on it's way. I hope you have a lovely summer.

Still wishing some of these characters would LEAVE, esp. Johnny Ruffo. Loving Brax, but wishing he and Rikki could sort out there "differences". Heath is wonderful with his baby son, but that daughter is a real pain.

Hope you are all well. I am battling on with the health issues and just found out I'm going to be a grandmother. :-0 My daughter is only 19, dear oh dear. Seems all that good advice has gone out the window, lol. Too late now, could be a storyline from H & A. ;-)

Great to see you posting, Kim. I check in all the time to see if you are here, then worry that you are not well. Hope things are bearable for you. And so, you're to be a grandmother? Is this the first time for you? I understand what you say about all that good advice, but at least you did give it. You can't hold their hands. Anyway, 19 is a nice age - recognised as a woman and capable of responsibilities - not like she was 15/16 and unable to finish school. Is she serious about the fella? Your advice will still be valuable when they make plans for the future - so don't give up on her. I'm sure you will be over the moon when the little one arrives.

I don't mind Johnny Ruffo. He was pushed into acting and he has improved. I don't mind any of them really. Not fussed about Heath - but Brax is lovely. I still read the Facebook page of H&A, but then I get cranky with some of the kids who comment on it and just have to say my piece. . Then, I remember it's a public site, meaning that my comments show up on the Facebook pages of my 'friends' - so I delete my comments. I don't normally use Facebook, but opened an account so that I could exchange photos with my friends on the Aussie thread on this site (Genes). We couldn't exchange photos on here so we all opened Fbook pages - but don't use them much, only when someone is proud of their garden, or the snow is unusual and they upload photos to show us. Ah, the marvel of modern technology.

Again, lovely to hear from you. Take care and keep us posted. There only seems to be you, Marion and me left - with an occasional visit from Allan. Barbara is no longer a member. I have just renewed but haven't done any family history for ages. I just enjoy the company on this site.

Hi Berona, yes I keep my renewal going to add to my tree and check my threads. I have FB too great to keep up with my school friends and family. My girl has only been with this fellow 7 months, not long at all. He is 24 and does work so that is something. I have been trying to give her lots of advice and she does listen, but father to be thinks he knows all. I will have to learn to zip it when he is around, haha.

I don't bother to read the H & A threads because of those comments. I was verbally attacked for an innocent comment, so that did it for me. I just keep scrolling and just watch the show.

Yes we three shall have to keep things moving along on here. As for Johnny, his character is so annoying, so maybe he is doing a good job. Honestly, I feel like muting the tv everytime he opens his mouth. I do like Nate the doctor, he is really something to look at ;-) and a good actor too.

Talking of modern technology, my internet is always dropping out. :-| I believe it has to do with all the cables they are laying for the NBN. Can have a few really good days and then others where it drops out multiple times. I need to start writing letters again, a lost art. :-)
