OH Maz. If you have a Mum sit her down and ask her every single question about your rellies you can think of. Tie her to a chair, put the electric light on over her head, threaten her with chocolate cake and grill her about the family.

Doesn't matter if she can only answer some of the questions. Write down the answers.

I do so wish I'd paid more attention to my Mum's family history chats. We used to sit around and ask questions about the rellies far away. We lived in another State and never knew our grandparents. I wish I'd listened more when Mum explained who was who in the old photos.

Is Auntie’s first born feeling any better? Perhaps he can find a volunteer job to give himself some self respect. OH is being propelled in the direction of the local school’s Tech dept…who are quite keen for an extra pair of hands in the practical lessons.

Been out at lunch time for a rather late Christmas lunch paid for by my boss, and for the other three girls too!! Had a lovely rump steak with a jacket potato. Trying to diet but deserved a little treat!! Weighing day tomorrow after the first week!!
