The contract we used to have was term time only, but they did some sort of complicated calculation and spread it out over 12 months. If the school was closed, we were supposed to offer our services to the nearest school which was open.

Even if we did technically lose pay, they either forgot or spread the reduction out over the remaining months. It didn’t hurt quite so much then!

we are the same and we are to be available but all the schools are off . so we will see when its reduced next month it will be done at full rate lol

Button working at the moment so I will make the most of it although the site is 'hanging' a bit and very slow

I keep getting big writing...they must have realised I've got the wrong glasses on . Hee, hee!

must own up to just looking and very little else i have been defrosting my shed hinges etc t feed the animals all the padlocks are frozen so have sprayed wd 40 0n them then the bottles are solid lol have put socks on them see it that helps lol gizmo has been in my sink and a unwashed pilchard tin with tomato sauce lol dont need to tell you the rest

DET, the window cleaner lives local, he came out dressed for the Russian front.

We're still stuck here, I've had a phone call saying the special bus has been taken off the road now. Up until yesterday they were still picking people up on the main roads, but they've stopped it now. They think it's too risky to have a bus load of disabled people out in this weather. Not that it makes any difference to us, I couldn't get him to the main road anyway.

i dont know whats going on i have a feeling it getting political ,they are talking about gas usage and grit rationing ,the food orders had beeen cancelled yesterday without anyone telling us about the schools being closed makes you wonder
