LG, you must have been frantic with worry, I hope things have calmed down a bit now. Your family are having a terrible time of it lately. You all need to get your strength back before you even think about Christmas. I hope the little ones are improving. Once Ava and Emily are in good health, the rest of the family can concentrate on getting themselves well .

DET I'm going to do my last shop tomorrow, I'm dreading it. I was told there were fights in Asda car park today.

hi again I got in to one lock by tapping it then got WD 40 on the other one animals are fine the one that died .was poorly

Evening everyone!!

Another busy day at work and a long trail of cars queuing trying to get home. The Asda store is near the main road and traffice from there has to filter out into the mainstream traffic. It is heaving in there from early morning and yet it is open 24 hours a day.

I can't believe the shops are only closed for two days. You'd think everyone was buying in for a year!!!


LG, you are having it so rough at the moment. You need to try and get some rest otherwise you won't get yourself better. Have a nice quiet weekend at Hailey and Jack's. You can catch up on Christmas later when you are all feeling better.

Oh dear!! Spot has just blotted his copy book. He is sabre tooth tiger, bad dog, right now. I had my Christmas bits and pieces box out of the cupboard with the lid off. At the speed of a thousand startled gazelles Spot has snuck in pinched the red velvet goody bag with rudolph's face and antlers appliqued on the front. And chewed off the antlers. OH retrieved them from under the dining room table and brought them into me and asked, "what on earth was this." Spot just stood by his side and grinned. I think I'm being punished for some reason.

Hi everyone just looked in quick before bed to update. Ava is almost back to her usual cheeky self. Stood waving her finger at me and saying NO!!!! I just could not help laughing. Emily is a lot better today and greeted me with the biggest smile I have ever seen her do. I can't be down for long seeing that !! Jack is working all hours doing the butchers Xmas orders and Hailey bless her is not at all good,although a little better than yesterday. I am feeling improved too though very tired . Thank you all for your good wishes they are very appreciated my friends. Take care all catch you all properly very soon. xxx

Oh dear I don't like the tone in the Killer Queen's last message. Sounds like she's on the road to recovery and a more equal equilibrium.

I suppose I'll have to return the throne and the broomstick and the laser when she is bouncing around the place again. Drats, it was lovely sitting on the throne, all decorated in its green and gold Chrismassy colours. I got to take pot shots with the laser, at funny looking blokes in red velvet suits who would be a total failure in a Gile*** advertisement. And best of all was practising the circuits and bumps in the empty CPS compound. I've just about worked out how to hover off the ground now.

By the way the CPs looked so cute heading all down to the wharf to board the ArsenalArk Royal for the trip to Canada. All dressed in their little travelling suits with hooded capes and little bags around their necks. The older ones were doing a lovely job of looking after the youngsters. Bit worried about Sweetpea. I noticed he carried a large box full of wires and tools on board with him!!! Hope the Canadian power grid can stand the extra strain.

I know you are all asleep now. It is a really terrible day here. Around 40 degrees C with very strong blustery winds. Hopefully we don't have fires in the outback or farming areas but the conditions are not too good. I can relax for a while. I have everything done and will concentrate on the food preparation tomorrow.

My dress is empire line with a tie belt in deep purple organza with a hint of pink glitter it matches their colour scheme just need shoes bag etc but it is a start it will need a top either a shawl or similar as its straps no sleeves

Hmm, I wondered where our toolbox had gone to - it's gone on a boat-ride with Sweetpea.

Maz you are able to buy those bolero style tops. They are back in fashion. Sort of very short jackets with differing sleeve lengths. That would look really nice and go well with the empire line. Are you going to match your accessories in colour or have a contrast.

It is very quiet at Nut Lodge without the CPs. The Ark departed on time and managed to make it out of the creek and into the ocean. And as this is a virtual ship on a virtual ocean I really don't have to say exactly which way it sailed!!!

Very hot night last night. Change did not come through till well after 2.00 am and no rain as yet. Was in the high 30s at midnight.

I must away have heaps to do today. Will catch you all later.

Had half a day off for workman coming to look at heating and he was done in time for me to nip back to town to pick up my ccard that I foolishly left in M&S. That encouraged me to spend a bit more so treated myself!!

Just finishing off the last bit of wrapping and I'm ready for the mayhem!!

Three hours to work tomorrow morning and then done till 4th Jan!!! Yeah!!!!!

Just on the news:

A so called ark type boat has been found just inside the Canadian water boundary by the coast guard late Wednesday night, Dec 23. When boarded it was found to have furry snakes, one giraffe etc on board. The ark type boat has been impounded and is now in the Vancouver harbour under tight military guard. The inhabitants are being held for questioning.
