Barbra, thanks for the offer of a cake but you are twenty years out! lol

I'll send you a loaf Berona, by airmail, not sea, as it would be mouldy when it reached you. Pea and ham soup is delicious.

Allan, I just don't care about my reputation any more, would quite enjoy being infamous, but it's difficult at my age,

Wonder what has happened to Sue? and Diane has disappeared also,
was it something I said?

Just popped back in to say to Barbara - did Allan tell you he was going on 40?...What a disgrace, to let you think he is that young!...I can't believe anyone would keep their age down like that. I don't mind admitting to my age (39) and he shouldn't either!
MEN!!!

I am probably around when no one else is.
Hope the bathroom/ laundry is all clean again Berona - I used to burn incense when one of my kids had been ill - it seemed to do the trick - but then some people don't like incense - I had one that gave off a strawberry aroma.

Tec... I see not only have you a Llama named Montgomery which is an ancestrial name on one side of my family - now you have a donkey Bartholomew - and the furtherest back ancestor I can get back to on my fathers side is Bartholomew Elwyn in the 1400s. Don't know whether to Hee or Haw?

You get the day off for Melbourne Cup Coralee - is this just a Victoria thing
or do the other Australian States commemorate this day as well?
Where abouts in Victoria do you come from - I ask because I have seen quite a bit of it and love some of the places like Kyneton, Maldon and the big station at Maryborough. My OH wanted to see the Mechanics Institute at Ballarat - the building was having renovations but a very knowledgeable person showed us around the place. I would happily live over there or in Tasmania if wasn't for all my family being here.

Aftermath of Halloween - two youngsters aged 2 and 4 were happily giving out sweets to callers and then the dad looked and saw that the two year old was handing his out from a box of condoms.

love to all

Hi Carole, Shim Girl with red roses in hair mentioned it. I thought I'd grab it on her behalf for Ozigirl.
I guess you are gone Cat, but I'll bite- why a purple flag?
We have exchanged witticisms (?) before on other threads.
I'm fine, lady love is fine. No giddy turns since the implant monitor was put in, and the infection cleared up. Even better, with the lower stree noe it's all done she has not had a fit (that I know of).
End of lunchtime cometh so will buzz away.

EDIT Spellcheck, lack of, strikes again. should be "with the lower stress now ... "

Buzzes off (again).
