Good night Pat

A donkey Tec? Is that because you can't be bothered to walk any more, so want to ride it? Maybe you could just tie the dogs lead to the donkey and send them out together

Good night Pat. Sleep well.

Allan, you brought it on yourself. I have warned Susanwithnumbers about you.

Berona

Berona Report 1 Nov 2009 22:32

Oh dear, Tec. Don't ever wish to be a donkey! I have visions of those poor animals which are used in other countries where they are piled so high with everything, including pots and pans, furniture, people. I don't know how the poor things can move.
You want to be one of those????

Allan

Allan Report 1 Nov 2009 22:33

Barbra I haven't actually spoken with Sylvia except for one occasion when I was new to the Boards and asked hoe I ould delete a Thread I had started.

Sylvia's reply whilst not nasty was rather curt, and I have seen some of her other responses.

I'd just ignore it.

Berona, I saw your warning!!

Tec, I like donkeys but I'm not sure that I could eat a full one!

I don't want to eat a donkey........how disgusting,
I don't want to be a donkey.......no comments please
I merely said that I would like a donkey.....for a pet

Linda's idea was quite good.

Phew! I AM relieved! No, Tec, I don't think you should send the dog out with the donkey. YOU need the exercise too and I'm sure you enjoy your dog's company. Sounds more normal that chatting up wheelie bins.

The donkey could keep you company. What name would you give it?

Tec, donkeys are OK in summer but in winter they are prone to colds and flu and become a little hoarse !!

Just send the Parkin my way please. I made some sun dried tomato bread this afternoon. I cut the loaf into quarters and froze it to use with home made soup. It is very nice, but doesn't really go with jam somehow. I meant to put an ordinary loaf in as well, but forgot,so will have to do that in the morning.

Time for bed I think,so goodnight everyone.

Ooh how exciting Tec, I will send you a pm with my bread making thoughts tomorrow some time, although I am sure that you will be fine on your own. You will need to go shopping for ingredients before you can use it in any case.

Goodnight Linda, Sleep well, keep warm,

Allan.....the hoarse jokes good,

Berona

Berona Report 1 Nov 2009 22:56

Hope I'm at the head of the queue for the bread. I still have one batch of Pea and Ham soup left over from the winter and I'm too mean to throw it away. I'm waiting for us to have a drop in temperature so that I can enjoy it.

Sleep well..... even though you have done irreparable damage to my reputation on the other Thread.

Susanwithnumbers will think that it was a wind up :0))

My steam mop is almost ready, so I'm off to see what I can do with this smell of industrial disinfectant.

Hope you keep warm in the cold countries. Pleasant dreams.
To those whose day is ahead of them - have a good one, even if it IS Monday!

Berona, I shall be happily ensconced in the kitchen making a curry for tomorrow

Enjoy your day
