What a nuisance Berona. Plumbing can be so expensive. OH will have a go at most things but he won't touch anything electrical or to do with plumbing. So we've always left it to the experts.

Sounds like a lot of work, but I hope they sort it.

What is wrong with a second cup of coffee? It is when you get to the fourth in a row, you need to stop

Hi Berona,
I hope you get your toilet sorted out ok. I had a new tolet put in last month. Luckily I was at work when they did it!
Hi Sue and Hi Linda,
I've just been out to a house group and have just got back. It's nice that it's not even 9pm yet.

I do plumbing Berona, and would have done it for nothing, well maybe one of your celebrated bacon sandwiches.
I don't touch electrics, but I did install a complete central heating system in this house - still works - no leaks.

We've had a slight set-back. Whilst pumping OUT, something went wrong and they pumped IN instead. I won't describe it. I'll just say that one of my birthday pressies was a nice little ornament with a scented candle in it and I've just found a use for it!

Thank you Tec. I could need to take you upon your offer!

Sue,
Every Thursday I go to this house just up the road from me and we read rthe bible. Sheelah lives in a big house and there are only 5or 6 of us. Janine who's French always brings cakes she's made!
There's a lady called Peggy who's either 87 or 88 and she is an inspiratrion.

Good Morning Allan,
How are you today young man?

Berona, I do hope they clean it all up for you.

Trust you, Allan, to think of something like that!
I went into the laundry to open the window - and found that it had come up the floor waste there too - also up the plug-hole in the tub.

Allan, stop laughing! Go ahead - I'm sure you will think of quite a few comments to make about this one!

Berona....I do apologise, but I can see the humour in the situation, particularly as it does not affect me. Isn't that totally selfish of me!

Seriously, I don't know about NSW but in WA, plumbing code require the installation of an overflow relief gully on the external plumbing so that if situations like yours do occur, sewage is discharged outside the property, not internally as in your case.

If you climb the tree high enough you will meet all our common ancestors munching on bananas :0))
