Good one Allan!

Thanks for the good wishes, Gentlemen. I really must get on with my day - keep myself busy and all that.

Toodles!

It's typical Allan, they simply take advantage because we're outnumbered, also we are gentlemen, so think we are push overs.
I think I will have to assert my authority, and lay down the law with a big stick, that'll bring them into line - withold their priviledges etc

Well, I expect I've got myself into enough trouble, so I shall retire now, and look forward with gleeful anticipation to tomorrows comments from the sweet and gentle ones.

Goodnight Allan, and anyone else looking in,

Alison - I have been anxious about you and wishing I could be there to hold your hand. Hope you can let us know the results soon.

Thank you Berona,

My Oncologist said there has been little change, so we shall just carry on with my usual treatment. So, apparently my liver cancer is holding steady. I see him again in early February. Greatly relieved, have had a cry and am now looking for food to celebrate.

I'm hoping for restful slumber tonight. Tomorrow I'm off to the physio for my Lymphoedema. No rest for the wicked they say!

I'm so glad to know that! What a relief it must be for you! (It Is for us, too!).

Go ahead and gorge yourself! You've earned it. Enjoy it!

Thank you Berona, Carole and SueMaid,

Funny you should say that SueMaid about Dad. I was "talking" with Mum and Dad while I was getting ready and asking them to please help me. On the way back from my appointment, I saw the twin to my Dad's car (that he died in). It's an unusual looking car and it's an unusual shade of pink (he thought it was purple though). I just looked at it and said "Got your message Dad. Thanks mate." It just seemed so bizarre that I would see a car identical to Dad's then. I know there is one around town, but to see it just after my appointment was eerie.

I can't find anything good to eat!

When I got home, I found my husband had been home and had left a message for me - my clothes pegs were arranged on the cement to say ""LOVE YOU". (you're all gagging now, aren't you?)

Alison,

I don't normally come on the Thread at this time of day, but i'm pleased that I did...fantastic news for you.

Make a pig of yourself (no offence intended), you deserve it!

Hello to Berona, Carole and Sue

Hi, Allan:-))

Alison - I think that was a lovely thing for your OH to do. I should imagine your lad is feeling relieved too.

Sorry, Sue, I was just flitting round the other Boards, but it is too early UK time for any 'trouble'. Shame really as I could have stirred the pot!

So Allan - you're the troublemaker on the boards. Sneaking in, doing a bit of stirring, then running off sniggering. I'll be watching you on here, my lad:-))
