It is fair, my hair that is. As I have said before I genuinely do have natural blonde hair even at my age. Which is?????

Do you think Tec has gone into hiding Sue?

Diane

Diane Report 11 Sep 2009 22:12

Again goodevening/morning all
I was on earlier but no one was around

Tec, My pain's are not as bad today, thank you for asking and yes it was great to have the sunshine but had other thing's on my mind today. Sorry your peace and quite was ruined by those thoughtless pilot's.

SueMaid, thank's for your concern hun, but I feel it will take time to sort thing's out. My next week off is not until October the 20th so a few wks yet before I can have a rest, if I'm honest the way I'm feeling at the moment as much as I love my job my time off can't come quick enough.

Hi Linda hope you had a good day and plenty of sunshine.

LindainHerriotCountry Report 11 Sep 2009 22:17

Hello Diane,
I hope you get your problems sorted out soon.
It was gloriously hot here today,so I had a nice morning with my son who had come up from London yesterday to see mum. He went back just after lunch and I went hospital visiting again. I had a nice chat with the senior doctor on the families thoughts on not resuscitating her.

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 11 Sep 2009 22:20

Hi, Dianne. Glad you're feeling a little better. I'm taking it that you're the one having to solve the problem - no chance of letting someone else shoulder the worry?

Linda, Tec has made a grave error so I wouldn't blame him for hiding for awhile:-)

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 11 Sep 2009 22:21

ok you two - you asked for it, don't blame me.

Linda.......I know that you are blond, because you told me.
So, blond, about five foot ten -eleven, quite tall for a lady.
Works an alotment (sp) so quite fit and in good shape.
Possibly wears spectacles on one of those chain things. Reasonably athletic because I know you go walking.
Quite assertive - nobody pushes you around and gets away with it.

Sue..........Quite petite in build, auburn hair, probably fixed at the hairdressers. Does a lot of organising....might be bossy at times,
Observant and watchful, but not nosy, just interested.
Likes gardening, so again fit,
Holds her own in a male dominated household quite well.

Like Isaid, you did ask, I did my best

Tec.

LindainHerriotCountry Report 11 Sep 2009 22:30

lol Tec, well you got some of it right

I am tallish but only 5ft 8. I do have natural blonde hair and I do wear glasses, but not on a chain. Being long sighted,I need all of the time. actually as I got older I got more short sighted,so need them for reading as well,so have varifocals

It is my OH who goes walking, but I am reasonably fit, but have put too much weight on over the last couple of years. I don't take medication of any sort and can't remember the last time I visited the quack

I am very assertive, I don't suffer fools gladly. I am extremely well organised, probably far too organising, but I put that down to spending my career as a Physics teacher. You have to be in utter charge when you are faced with a classroom full of teenagers with Bunsen Burners. I definitely counted as the very strict but fair type, actually I found that the kids preferred that as they could get on with their learning.

SueMaid Report 11 Sep 2009 22:31

Well, you are totally wrong in your physical description - I'm not petite nor do I have auburn hair although I do get it "fixed" at the hairdressers:-)) Your description of my personality is spot on - very uncanny. I've just read it out to OH and he agrees that it's very accurate.

Sue the problem unfortunately is concerning my daughter so her problem is my problem hun, when do we stop worrying about them and when will they stop being a worry, I can answer that myself, never that is what we do as mum's
.
Thank's Linda, me too

Tec it's my turn, how do you perceive me then?

SueMaid Report 11 Sep 2009 22:39

Diane you're right we never stop worrying about our children. My mum always said the older the child - the bigger the problems. Hope it gets sorted soon.

Tec is in hiding:-))

Think that merits about 7 out of ten really.

Allan Report 11 Sep 2009 22:41

Good morning evening everyone,

Well, Tec, I hope that you know what you have undertaken with your descriptions....although I do notice that they both verge on the complimentary, even generic: you must be playing the safe card.

I'm sure that everyone visualises me as a stark raving loony with hairy legs: I was dubbed spiderman on another thread so I suppose that the hairy legs are a common theme. Please don't ask about that...only Berona is privy to that dark secret

Hi to Colin Persephone and Linda

Diane, I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better

When we were living in Cleethorpes (well someone had to!) we used to have the fighters (Lightnings) from RAF Binbrook constantly flying over and used to go to the airfield when the NATO war games were on. Quite a crowd would gather to see the various tactics over the airfield.

Regards

Allan Report 11 Sep 2009 22:47

Good morning Sue

Diane, as Sue says, we never stop worrying about our children. We've followed ours through their respective divorces, one of which was fairly nasty. The only fortunate thing in both cases was that there were no children involved.

As soon as my son's problems were sorted and he left home for the third time, it was my daughter's turn! We now have custody of her two cats but they do go on unsupervised visits to her new partner's abode

Good Morning Allan,

Only a fool would venture into a minefield, so I must be a fool, but surely a brave fool.

I think you should do some descriptions - that would be interesting with your imagination and quick wit.
