	The employee gets 5 coins and 1 ex point per square and the farmer gets 15 coins and 1 ex point you can only hire some to plough on harvested or waste fields not new one...I have pink tulips and planted my first carrots ..

	Whoever you hired TW could have been working in the offline mode, which means you can't see them, and whatever they harvest only appears in your storage after they have finished :)
