update on My tree is missing

Hi All
I have been away - new baby in the family- and sorry have not updated you.

I asked Gr to have a try at finding my tree again under an old pw. They replied that they cannot find the tree and it is irretrievable.

The system I used to load my gedcom was My heritage family builder. I have used it before successfully. I can't find the actual gedcom now. I would have thought that would be the name left on my tree but it isn't.

I have accepted I will have to redo my tree, I just can't get the motivation to get in to it as yet. Thanks to all who offered help and advice
