Well thank you AC - I am so glad I NEVER read that last night, because I would not have got to sleep. There was me too thinking I would treat myself to an early tea and slice of toast and go back to bed for a couple of hours this morning - not now, I have visions of blinky spiders. |

I don't mind the spiders .I can often sit on the loo and spy one.Just grab a bit of toilet paper fold it up ,say sorry my friend and squish it!!!!!!!! |

No, but OH says he thinks he can hear a cockerell in the mornings from up the road, dont know how far up the road he means, but I have never heard one, but then I dont sleep with my bedroom window wide open - lets in creepy crawlies. |

Saw a rat in our garden on Thursday morning, we do have allotments that back onto our gardens, so anything could be living in there. |

I think our compost heaps will be fine with most things in.Most will have rats in them.Ours did,and the rat man put a poison trap in.We used all the compost eventually and we are still here lol |
