Hi everyone
I have Stopped the pills again and and I'm not even going to think about them till after the weekend, then will get in touch with the doctors, I am going to ask about an alternitive medicine or diet as I cannot put up with this messing about.

Got a phone call from my daughter no 2 her boyfriend has got mumps. she hasn't got them but we have told her not to come home for at least 3 weeks so she will not be in contact with our other pregnant daughter just to be on the safe side.

Family searcher you sound as If you have had a bad time with bubbles on your tounge, have you been bitten by an insect or somthing.
Hope you can sort it out.

Pam ,have a great time tomorrow at your wedding, Hope the weathers fine for you, thinking about your dress , you may just possibly outshine the bride, lol!!!!!!!

Family searcher where in our beautiful cotswolds did you stay?

Your experience sounds horrid. Do you know what it was? Or what caused it?

Hi Fiona, sorry didn't manage to get back on the thread sooner. Sorry that you're still feeling so under the weather, really hope you get sorted soon.

I've had a St. Tropez a few times and yes it's a good one to have, but as you say you have to hang around looking like you're covered in creasote for a few hours...I used to wear an old dress (long one) when i had my St Tropez and no knickers either!! Oh I don't care!! ha ha!

This spray tan than i had earlier is brilliant as it's fairly quick drying and it lasts well apparantly...my daughter often has it and it lasts well on her. The sun isn't good for you is it, i've never let the sun get to me, I think that's why i've not got the old wrinkles...and don't smoke. Pale and interesting that's me!

Fiona I hope you're feeling better tomorrow morning.

Hi Golden Pam
No still feeling lousy phoned the Drs again this morning and I am now waiting for a phone call back to hear what she wants me to do next, if I have to keep talking these pills, I am hoping they will give me something to help cope wit h the stomach upset, as I cannot cope with this every day .

I bet your glowing in your new tan. my youngest daughter has a friend who is a trained beautian and last year she came to the house to give me a St .Tropez tan ,I had it done a couple of times and I looked great especially for my oldest daughters wedding in Italy . the only thing which was a bit boring is that I had to wear my daughters baggy clothes for the next 8 hours and I was desperate for a shower, it didn't smell to bad, and lasted for the next 10 days which was good because after the wedding we stayed on for another week and I managed to get a good tan to go home with.

Heavens have just open and it's pouring down , this rain has been trying to come for the last 3 days it will do the garden good
off for some lunch,
BBL

Hello Fiona, yes I'm here...I'm sure they haven't deserted us for good...atleast I hope not. I really hope you're feeling better today.

I went for a spray tan this morning with my daughter, it's come out really well! So I have a lovely golden glow, it should last around 4-5 days...longer if I don't wash! It's a nice one this one, it's not a nasty smell like some of them are.

Hey Fi, don't worry about you're memory...it can't be any worse than mine, it's really getting dreadful!!

Speak later,

Hi Pam
sorry but I now remember you telling everybody about your dress earlier on this thread, my memory is getting worse.

I'm going to have an early night to night, not feeling so great, have just taken the second of those pills, and if I still feel lousy I will phone Drs again tomorrow.if I only knew for certain this yucky feeling would only last a few days I would just put up with it but the thought that I have to take pills for to reduce my cholestral for the rest of my life , I can't keep feeling unwell every day, it mucks up my normal routine.
I have a couple of nights out planned in the coming weeks to go out for a meal and at the moment the thought of eating a three course meal, wine etc is not very apealing.
anyway I'm off for a relaxing bath, and I think I'll take a book to bed for a while.
OH watering the garden, then he said he would do the dish washer for me Bless him
So I'll say good night.
Hopefully catch up tomorrow

Hello Fiona, glad that you're feeling a little bit better than you were.

The wedding is of my daughter's boyfriend sister. So not immediate family, but it should be a good do as they are a friendly family. I'm wearing a white dress with pastel flowers on it, mostly pinky flowers, (small print) I think they call them 'tea dresses'. It does look nice on me according to my daughter...and it's a size 14...but i think it's a generous size 14! The weather looks very wet for here tomorrow but good for the week end!!

Actually I do feel a little better,
How exciting off to a wedding this weekend, what's your outfit like (just being nosey). We have no weddings this year, but we have ben invited to a friend of mine's daughter's party who is 18 at the end of August. , keeping fingers crossed we can still go, my first grandchild is due around the same time as the party, I'll not know if I'm coming or going then,
Have a good day.

Morning
The pill saga!!!
took the other pill last night , and a big bowl of porridge AB, Had a good night sleep. but got up this morning and went for a shower, then started to get upset stomach & feel sick, not as strong though thats probably because the pill was 10mg not 40mg as before ,
I'll just see how I feel for the rest of the day it might ease off or hopefully go way all together,

We have some sun today, but very cloudy, forecast for rain,
hope you have a nice day where ever you are.

good afternoon Pam
Been Busy catching up on household chores this morning,

You know I seem to be forever washing towels and their's only me and OH in the house. OH uses one round his waist, 1 round his shoulders, 1 to stand on , 1 to dry his hair, then has a bad habit of leaving them lying all over the bed. DAMP QUILT!!!! he say's he fed up of hearing me shout HANG THE TOWELS UP !!!!!!
I use a bath robe, and a hair turbin and thats me.
Do all men make a lot of washing or is it just mine. my new name is going to be frustrated Fiona this week.
