Morning ladies, it's a little bit dull here at the moment although still very warm, it could be a touch of sea mist as we are only about 4 miles from the sea and it does tend to get quite misty at times. Very atmosheric in the dark...or spooky coould be another word!

What an a*sehole that fella sounds Lorraine, he probably wasn't even aware of what a git he sounded...you get chaps like that don't you!! I'll bet he was a right ugly old minger too!

Jane hope you're not quite as hot now...I didn't sleep all that well either. Back feels better than it did, am working a night shift tomorrow night so will have to let them know later if I'll be in.

Morning Ladies,
I can't believe it is only half 8.I feel like I have been up for hours.Didn't sleep much last night,and it will be the same tonight !!
My fingers feel all tight and puffy this morning.It is lovely to see all this sunshine ,but a few less degrees of heat would be nicer.

Peeled myself off ,done dinner and am now stuck back on it.This Tennis is going to go on for ages.I hope I don't fall asleep,which I normally do if I lie down on the settee!!!!!!!

I'm stuck to the sofa lol.

Our little dog Lu Lu (Cavalier King Charles) used to lick my feet...bliss.

Have just gone out to deadhead flowers stayed 5 minutes and came in.Have decided to lie on the settee and watch the Tennis and read my book,under the fan.The dog is busy licking my feet lol

My big toe tends to hurt more when it hot like this.lol.It stabs.
My son is just about to take his girlfriend back down to Kent.When he comes home tomorrow he had better start sorting all his belongings out that he hasn't unpacked yet !!!!

Morning Ladies,
Have been out and done the things needed to be done.Now I am home the bra is off and the shorts on.I really don't care what I look like as long as no-one sees me.
We just the sheet too Pam plus the big fan and I actually slept quite well for once.
I'm glad I am not at Wimbledon in this heat.!!!!!

Morning ladies, hope you're all ok. We just had a sheet over us in bed last night...Gawd what a sight we must have looked! My back seemed better the other morning but yesterday as the day went on it was a real bugger! Slept on my side last night, this morning it feels ok, so going to go very steady today and hope and pray it's on the mend...been nearly a week now and it's getting me down.

I'm an old crock !!!!!!After my little taster or Badminton with son ,I had a real good go with OH.I have a good forehand ,but back hand is c***After about 15 mins my son said he was taking over for health reasons lol I think he could see how much I was sweating and puffing !!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I think I used nearly a whole roll of kitchen paper to mop up the sweat LOL
BUT I did enjoy it. I think I equaled a good work out at the gym !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Afterrnoon ladies, still got an achey back and hubby seems to have come out in sympathy with me...I don't mean 'he's come out' meant he's got an achey back too!! What a pair of old crocks we look today!!

Afternoon Ladies
not been on for a chat since Friday due to these new pills that the doctor perscribed to me as I couldn't take the statins for my High cholestral
which made me feel very sick, upset stomach and nauser, iritable.
Unfortunatly these new pills (Ezetrol-Ezetimibe) give me rotten headaches. so I have to stop them and will go back to the doctor next week.
Really fed up this is the 3rd set of pills i have tried.

Did you all sleep well? I didn't,even with the big fan I tossed and turned most of the night.My bed was so flipping hot.
The dog has gone for his walk with OH.His tongue will be on the ground by the time he gets back.OH's might be too lol
