Morning Ladies.
Well I didn't have an early night after all.OH and I were still sat outside at just gone 11.Listening to all the music he has on his I pod or whatever it is called.I had one ear bit he had the other and I was guessing who were the Artists and what the music was .It was quite funny, and I got a bit silly. And also my daughter rang 3 times from the Take That Concert so I could hear them live.lol
I will be watching the Mens Final. The ladies didn't really hold my attention and I kept popping in and out of the garden so just watched bits of it.
I hope your hayfever is easier today Lorraine.
Must go and buy a dessert /desert,as the rest won't be happy if there is no pudd lol

When our friend married(2nd time) again no presents but donations to go towards the trips they could do on their cruise.

I have had several good nights sleep now,all by sleeping the other way round.I do recommend it lol.May go back to normal tonight as I think it will be cooler.

Fiona

Fiona Report 3 Jul 2009 17:04

it's raining here but still humid,
Lucky I made it home from Glasgow just before the rain started, Got some lovely wine glasses for my friends daughter it's not easy knowing what to buy young folks these day's as they always have most things already when they have been living together in their own home now for a year.
need to do some ironing have put it of because it's so warm but hope the rain will be cooler if I leave the window open

It's hard work using the iron or the hair dryer these days, even with the window open and I was thinking if I stood infront of the fan with wet hair blowing do you think I would get that wind swept look!!!LOL

Afternoon Ladies
Lorraine I hope your daughter has recovered. At last we have had some rain, but still muggy muggy!!
My son had an accident last night at friends. He slipped off the step going down into the bathroom and fell into a mirror that was leaning against the radiator. He hit it with his face!!!,and was so lucky not to have a shard of glass in his Carotid Artery. His eyelid was cut(missed his eye) and down the side of his neck.So he looks a real honey lol.

Hello ladies, went to Tesco earlier today, think everyone looks worn out with this heat, young, old, middle aged, they all looked very warm. Lot of activity near the ice cream chiller cabinet!

Going to have a bit of a tidy round, so will be back later I expect.

Take care,

Pam.

Hi all,

Jane you must look like two little sardines!! Good idea though. My hubby stays in the same position all night...looks like he's been laid out! But me I'm a real fidget arse, legs and bum hanging out all over the place...on second thoughts don't think it would work for us as hubby may get his teeth knocked out by my feet!!

Phew it's so hot even my hubby us complaining...and i don't think he's going through the change!

Pam.

I don't know how Fiona but it works for me.OH usually doesn't move around too much.Yes pillows slip a bit but it is so much cooler.I am the one more likely to stick my feet in his face lol.

Fiona Report 2 Jul 2009 17:54

Hi all
Jane how do you manage to sleep comfortably in the bed when your the other way round, I would think my pillow would be always falling of the end of the bed.
my OH jumps and twitches in his sleep I would be watching out for his feet kicking me in the face.

Jane

Jane Report 2 Jul 2009 09:54

Morning Ladies
Sorry your poor daughter has had a rough night Lorraine.Let's hope it soon cools down.I slept with my head at the bottom and feet at the top of the bed last night, and slept well.It is cooler that way as I'm not right next to OH's hot body!!! Will do the same tonight I think.
