Not a blooming dock leaf to be seen in my garden.I have rubbed some antihistamine gel in,but still tingling.I did have an mp3 player ,but as I didn't use it I think it was nabbed by my son lol.I know what you mean though,about taking mind off the pain.I do walk every morning with the dog all be it a bit slow the last week or so.BUT I think my Butt pain is subsiding!!!! I just need to make sure I sit properly at my lap top.

Washing dry.Hooray!!.It is really quite hot out there.I did a little weeding and didn't wear gloves(I find it awkward to grab weeds with them on) and got hold of a massive nettle!!!!!!!!!.Good job no-one could hear my language lol

My sciatica is definately related to the laptop.It my own fault.I need to make sure I sit up at the table.We are our own worst enemies!!!!!!!

I have the same problem as you if I sit too long at the computer my Kneck and shoulders hurt, I have the chair right down low as I'm only little and if it's up high I am bending right over the keyboard.
looks like we could be getting some heavy rain this afternoon, really dark clouds.
Both daughters have gone to see the new Harry Potter filim today, and I said I would meet them outside when it was finnished for a coffee and a trail around town. so I want to catch up on some washing and hoover the living/dinning rooms.

Hello ladies, hope everyone is keeping well.

With regard to my back pains, I don't think this chair that I sit in when on the computer helps, as I've noticed when I'm sitting here for any lengh of time it starts to play me up!

Anyway enough of my moans.

We've had a shower here nd now the sun is out again...boy the gardens need it though.

I feel pooped now so think it is time I was off to bed.But I am waiting for my son to get home from Kent.He said he would be home about 9 o clock.I don't want to ring his mobile as he will be driving.....but I want to go to bed lol.

We have had several absolute deluges today, the rivers must be very full, but I aint going out to see!

Afternoon Ladies.
The sun is still shining here and have just had one shower so far.I'm hoping the shirts will be dry.We have a wind chime out on the patio ,and it is driving me nuts ,so I shall have to take it down.I wish it was a wooden one as they have a more soothing chime/sound.

a bit of sun and the ocasional rain shower, have been in and out the past two days with washing on & off the line. so just got the old clothes horse out this morning and put it in the back porch where it is warm so the clothes will dry in there.

Evening ladies, we had a lovely time at the 40th birthday do, really nice food and a few white wine spritzers...lovely. My hubby couldn't come as he was on call from his job...got chatted up by a young chap of 39...well so my son's girlfiend says, lol...she said i think he fancied you Pam!

Hope eveyone's ok, been hot again here, very humid, not had many thunder flys this year.

Going for a nice tepid bath and then another glass of something nice, mmm.
