Hi everyone, glad to see this thread is still going. I've not been about for a while I know, had computer problems and generally been a bit busy. I'm still getting the odd hot flush and have recently been suffering from really bad sciatica!! Been taking ibuprofen like they're smarties! |

I have a lotion applicator for the back which I got from Kl.......ze. You open the back and pour in your own lotion or cream. There ia a face with lots of little plastic balls let in, where the cream comes out and the balls help to massage it in. I find it a godsend, because OH is a bit heavy handed! |

Another thing I find helps is to have one of those scratchy mitts in the shower.Gets rid of all the dead skin. |

I always have an itchy back PP lol.I don't know why.Just in the middle low down.I use a cream like E45 for itchy skin and find it does help.In fact I itch a lot at night and I think it because I get sweaty. There's nothing better than having a good scratch either lolol |

I'm really sympathetic to all of you who have or are suffering these effects. My mother had a terrible time and my sister did too, and is still not quite out of the horrors. |
