Morning all,

it's a lovely day here, hope it is where you all are and I'm going to be very productive, get my washing on the line and go to the shop for one or two bits...of course I always get side tracked and best made plans and all that!! I'll end up getting a phone call from a friend and yap for ages (as hubby says what do you find to talk about!) or something else will bugg*r things up and
I'll end up doing not a lot. But then as my good friend says, what's wrong with doing nothing sometimes, why should we work to dead lines, we've worked hard bringing up our families and looking after the home, and should never feel guilty if we have days that are 'our days' she's right of course.

Anyway will be back later and tell you how much I've got done or not.

Keep safe, Pam.xx

Morning one and all.
I'm off now to relax at hairdressers and see what snippets of gossip Nigel has to tell me.
If I wink at the boys with my new hairdo maybe I will get another whistle lol.
Have a good morning everyone.

Hello Everyone,

You lucky people.....my hair had grey in it at age 23......now it would be white if it wasn't for lowlights!!! lol It's true you get treated differently though....in my job when interviewing people I was taken very seriously once I had a fair bit of grey!!!! Made things a lot easier!!!

Forgetful??.....I have notepads everywhere....bedroom, car, kitchen!!! All I need to do now is to remember to take my lists with me!!!!

I went to pick OH up from the garage after dropping his car off once and was waiting at the old garage he hadn't been to for 2 years.....he was not pleased when I eventually remembered where he was!!!

My hair is very dark brown - greying now, but considering I am 52 and have not got any rinse or tint yet is not bad going.

To be honest would love to buy a wig with a completely different style and colour and when I get fed up with that style at least I can just whip it off and have my natural hair to wear. lol

OK ladies, me thinkest its time to retire too. Was up far too late last night .

Good night Pam, the thread is growing and growing - wonderful. We must nourish it tomorrow to help it grow even more lmao.

Night night
Sleep well everyone
Tina x

That's interesting Ann and sounds very fesable. I have light blonde hair and lucky in as much as it doesn't show the grey.

Yes, the memory is getting worse. i did read that the longer you live the more stuff is stored in your brain, so the more 'searching' the brain has to do to retrieve things.

I have just had some more colour put on my hair. I said to my OH that it was because I have got fed up with the bus driver lowering the platform when i get on and off. When my hair is grey they do, when it is coloured and not grey they don't!!!

Yes the memory think is a real pain, and being serious for the moment we all worry i suppose that it may be something more don't we. My hubby and my cousin who is male, (as is my husband) are also very forgetful and didn't used to be, so it makes me feel better!

Thank you Pam. Oh dear, please do try and keep calm lololol.

I welcome the day when I can wave me walking stick in the air undesirables lol

They are dealing with a hormonal Arian - not a good combination! Aries are not a fire sign for nothing!

I believe I suffer from a short-temper and get annoyed very quickly.

In my younger days I did pack up all by stuff from my works drawers and stormed out to come back in an hour later to put things back again. The boss just ignored me! LOL My colleagues laughed pmsl. Oh its all coming back to me, I suppose I must have had a few days off now and again with PMT!

Thats another thing, have we mentioned forgetfulness? I am sure I was never this unforgetful a few years ago.

Arrrrrgghhhh hate this old age business and all it brings. My OH said the other day you are as old as you feel, I said in that case I feel 110! lol
