Evening all, well not one the lottery again!

Had fish and chips for our tea, lovely large plaice and chips...and a battered sausage! No pun intended...as I wasn't rerering to Helen's husband! Ha Ha.

Me, a wicked sense of humour...what do you mean. LOL

Hearing aids usually whistle when they are not in properly, or too loud.

Well my OH has scared the dog to death(nearly).I think as F S GP friend ,mine is having his mid life crisis!!!!!!!.He walked in just now with a brand new cycle helmet ,jogger trousers and his specs that go dark in the light ( if you know what I mean.He has gone for a bike ride on my old Midwife style bike that he resurrected from the shed. He's not sure how good the brakes are.Daughter insisted he took his mobile lol.
I had to buy him cottage cheese today.he has never eaten that before.
I say good on him as long as he doesn't start preaching at me.I said he could pop me in the wicker basket on the front LOL and take me for a ride !!

I hope everyone is well on this beautiful but somewhat showery day today. I wonder how Marilyn got on as well.

I could do with some false toenalis ,just for one foot.It would be nice to hide my fungal nails lol. They are gross!
Talking of flicking things in someones food.My sister had a prawn land in her drink when she was out for a meal with her OH and his business partners and wives. She just thought it was a scream, but the poor woman who flicked the prawn was mortified .

Hope you are feeling better Marilyn.

Well I saw something new ...well new to me...today.......false TOENAILS!! I thought perhaps I should try some, then thought you could only really wear them with open toed shoes or sandals. The amount of times I seem to stumble I could end up flipping one into someones soup....perhaps not!!

Afternoon everyone.
My Nana had a hearing aid ,but she often had it switched off. When she did turn it on the thing always made this awful high pitched whistling noise lol.
It used to infuriate mum,who was always saying "she's got that b****y thing turned off again"!!!!!!!!!!
I wonder how Marilyn is feeling today.

I have and need two hearing aids, but sometimes the psoriasis is so bad that the cream I need to put in my ears means the aids dont stay in the correct position. Asked if there was anything they could do at the hearing clinic but no joy. I've been counting up and in a street of 21 homes fifteen occupants with hearing aids, 2 who wont get tested, just irritate the life out of those who have to shout at them, and one who is getting tested next week.

Evening All!!
I'm going to have little moan now.We have a skip which is full and OH rang last friday to say could it be picked up on Monday.Wednesday came and it's still here, beginning to smell a bit wiffy,as I chucked a few bags from our black bin on it ,waste from the kitchen bin.It is now Friday and 3 phone calls later it is still sat on the drive. Each time I rang the girl said I'll get on to it straight away.I don't think so somehow.!!!!She was probably too busy doing her nails or something ready for a night out .I have a feeling we will be stuck with it for the weekend now.
Right got that out of my system. Thanks for listening lol
