	My niece was telling me that her grandchildren have not needed sun cream on since May, and I quite believe her. I have never before suffered from athritis, but the constant damp is bringing it on. Life does seem to go downhill after the change!

I hope it is not GR up to tricks again I am 56 now and do have stiff joints at times .I should be more active I think . The mornings are funny as I get out of bed and waddle like a duck until things loosen up.It's the ankles that don't bend lol.So flat footed.

Where did you stay in Suffolk Lizzie? We had a week there in June,not far from Woodbridge.Last year we stayed in Aldburgh .OH loves Suffolk and would like to go back again.I think 2 years on the trot is enough for me and I fancy going somewhere else. There is nothing better than your own bed is there.
