WHEN I GOT MY LAPTOP FROM AOL IN OCT, MY BILL JUMPED UP BETWEEN £8 & £10. I NOTICED MY LAST BILL WHICH HAD BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT MON, WAS FOR PENNIES SHORT OF £40.
I STILL PAY BT FOR MY PHONE ,LINE.

AFTER WAITING FOR 15MINUTES, I EVENTAULLY GOT THROUGH TO A GIRL WHO ARGUED I HAD BEEN INFORMED OF THE CHARGES.
SHE COULDN'T FOLLOW THE FACT THAT i WAS BEING OVERCHARGED.

I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR WHO AGREED I HAD BEEN OVERCHARGED BY £7.50 FOR 4 MONTHS.

SHE SAID THE GIRL I FIRST SPOKE TO SHOULD HAVE NOTICED IT.

I AM NOW HAVING £29.96 DEDUCTED FROM MY BILL NEXT MONTH.

I SHOULD HAVE ASKED THEM TO INCLUDE THE V.A.T. THAT I PAID ON THE OVERPAYMENT LOL

GUESS WHO'S GONNA CHANGE WHEN I HAVE HAD THE LAPTOP FOR THR REQUIRED TIME.
