Member Since: May 2007 Posts: 179 Send Message	I have the Ancestry.com Famiy Tree Maker 2009 and I have having problems with it. As far as I know I haven't changed any settings. I just went on it one day and now when I click on 'web search' or 'places' it won't automatically connect. It says 'Authentication with server failed'. Where as when I type the website in the top of the page it will go to the page. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help Erika :-)
