On my tree I had a whole branch connected to the wrong parents. I thought I'd have to delete the whole blinking thing and start that branch again, so I was lazy and left it. Now I don't know if this is a new feature since the changes but today I was going to bite the bullet and delete and re-enter about 50 people.
Went on my tree found the connection I needed to delete (so I thought) and then clicked on edit tools. And there was a function that said
'Change parents'.
So I clicked on that and it gave me a list of parents I could move the family member and his descendants to. Chose the ones I wanted, clicked and hey presto! What would have taken me ages was done in a matter of minutes. :)))))))))))))))))))
